Using the studio
These terms govern Paint & Sip at paintandsip.app, provided by Paint & Sip. By using the studio, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally enter this agreement on your own, a parent or guardian must approve your use and any purchases.
Paint & Sip is a creative painting game with solo canvases, private rooms, an offline sketchbook and optional paid artwork and features. Drinks and sip breaks are virtual, optional game features. No alcohol purchase or consumption is required.
Keep your guest session and recovery links secure. People sharing a browser profile share its guest identity. An invitation link is access to a room, so share it thoughtfully.
Purchases and access
Free designs are available without payment. Premium designs, collection contents and prices are shown before checkout. Amounts are in Nigerian naira unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Paystack processes payments, and access is granted after payment is verified.
Photo to outline costs ₦999 once for unlimited conversions. It is not a subscription or a charge per photo. Creating a new outline needs an internet connection to check your access. File-size, format, device-storage and technical limits still apply; the personal-outline shelf can hold up to 24 saved outlines at a time. Removing one makes room for another without another conversion fee.
Purchased access is linked to your checkout email. When email delivery is enabled, use purchase recoveryto restore access. While recovery is unavailable, keep your browser’s data and payment reference. New gifts are paused during that period. Use an email you control. Gifted collections belong to the stated recipient; photo-feature access cannot be gifted.
A collection unlock covers the items described at purchase, not every future addition unless explicitly offered. A later change to catalog prices or free availability does not change what was charged at checkout. Your access records are retained; a purchase is not a promise that the hosted service will operate forever.
Payment problems and remedies
If payment succeeds but access has not appeared, return to the collection page to finish verification or restore access using the checkout email. Keep your payment reference, and avoid paying again for the same missing unlock.
For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment or paid feature that does not work as described, request help with your payment reference and a description of the problem. A correction, restored access or refund may be appropriate depending on the issue and applicable law. These terms do not remove statutory refund or consumer rights.
You may also seek assistance from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or the relevant consumer authority in your country.
Your artwork and photos
You retain rights you already hold in photos and original contributions you bring to the studio. Only use images and content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload or share material that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights.
You allow the studio to process, save and display content as needed to provide the features you choose. A personal outline used in an online room is shared with that room; its original photo stays on your device. We do not gain ownership of your photos by converting them.
You may download and share paintings you create for personal use. Shared images include the Paint & Sip signature and website. Our original outline files, software, branding and curated collections remain protected; paying for access does not transfer those underlying rights or permit resale of our templates.
Historical painting studies are original paintable interpretations, with sources credited in the library where available. We do not claim ownership of underlying public-domain works. Any third-party rights still apply to material you supply.
Playing together
Be respectful of other artists. Do not use the studio for harassment, threats, unlawful content, impersonation, spam or attempts to access someone else’s private information. Do not bypass paid access, disrupt the service or exploit security weaknesses.
Room hosts control invitations, timers, preview settings and the progression of their session. Hosts can remove participants. Administrators may close rooms or restrict abusive activity. Other room members may download or share artwork visible to them; avoid sharing sensitive content.
Live voice is optional and starts muted. Ask for permission before recording or sharing another person’s voice, and respect their privacy. The studio does not record calls. You can leave voice and keep painting or use text chat instead.
Restrictions needed for safety or security do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Where appropriate, paid-access or moderation problems can be reviewed using the relevant room code or purchase reference.
Saving your work
Online rooms and their saved paintings expire seven days after room creation. Offline sketches and imported outlines live in the current browser’s storage. Clearing site data, private browsing or browser storage eviction can remove local work.
Download the paintings you want to keep. Autosave helps with interruptions, but it is not a permanent archive. Offline drafts are separate from the multiplayer gallery, and a disconnected device may contain work that has not reached the server.

Availability and changes
Features depend on a supported browser, available device storage and, for online rooms and checkout, a working connection. Maintenance, network problems and provider interruptions may affect availability. Photo outlines are generated automatically; their detail and resemblance depend on the image you choose.
We may improve the artwork catalog and app over time. If a material change affects a paid service, applicable notice and consumer remedies still apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a right where the law does not allow it.
The date above identifies this version. Updated terms apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law. Continued use after an effective update is subject to those updated terms.
